Basic Characteristics and Conditions of the Use of Instruments of Customs Regulation of Transmission of Goods (p. 6 - 9)
The article presents the basic characteristic features and based on principle difference between customs-tariff and non-tariff instruments of customs regulation of the traffic of goods, suggests the conditions of flexible and complex use of customs regulators in realisation of customs policy.
